Efficiency, elegance and sustainability: MBPS's new headquarters with MONTAFORM® design profiles

Magura Bosch Parts & Services (MBPS) has set a strong example for innovation and sustainability with the construction of its new headquarters in Nürtingen. After only two years of planning and construction, the modern building complex in the “Grosser Forst” industrial estate was completed and occupied. Covering an area of 9,000 square meters, the two-storey building combines administration, service and logistics under one roof - and offers 150 employees an ultra-modern and sustainable working environment.

Sustainability meets modern design: the MONTAFORM® cladding

An outstanding feature of the new building is the stylish cladding with MONTAFORM® Design profiles from Montana Bausysteme AG. An impressive total of 2,900 square meters of the perforated MFD T 70-4 profiles, which were specially developed for this project, were used. The profiles not only set visual accents, but are also a prime example of functional architecture:

  • - Natural light: the perforations in the profiles allow plenty of daylight into the interior of the building and create a friendly working atmosphere. At the same time, they reduce the energy consumption for artificial lighting.
  • - Robust and durable: The profiles effectively protect the façade from the effects of the weather, ensuring long-term value retention.
  • - Individual design: The high modularity and customizability of the profiles allow them to be perfectly adapted to the needs of the building - from the choice of metal type to specific coatings and colors.

This combination of aesthetics and functionality reflects the sustainable concept of the new building and supports the company's high energy efficiency standards.

Success through strong partnerships

The success of this ambitious project would not have been possible without the expertise and cooperation of strong partners. BPS Profile & Bauelemente GmbH contributed its expertise in cladding and structural element design, while Max Bögl Stiftung & Co. KG used its many years of experience in construction projects to complete the new building on time and to the highest quality. Together with Montana Bausysteme AG, which produced and supplied the façade construction elements, these partners ensured that the innovative vision of MBPS was turned into reality.

A milestone for MBPS and the partnership between Magura and Bosch

The new headquarters not only marks an infrastructural highlight, but also a significant step in the partnership between Magura and Bosch. MBPS has been operating as a joint venture in the bicycle spare parts and aftermarket since 2020 and today serves almost 30,000 specialist bicycle dealers in the EU.
The new location will further strengthen the cooperation between the two companies: all corporate functions are now united under one roof, which optimizes organizational processes and creates the basis for future growth.

A sustainable view into the future

With the move to Nürtingen, MBPS has not only created a modern and energy-efficient building, but has also strengthened its position as a leading provider of bicycle components and services. Thanks to the cooperation with experienced partners BPS Profile & Bauelemente GmbH and Max Bögl Stiftung & Co. KG, it was possible to realize a construction project that combines efficiency, design and sustainability in perfect balance.
