Online retailer expands logistics center in Willisau

The extension of the online retailer brack.ch creates new storage space. From the outside, the building presents itself with a simple yet individual facade.

With the extension building, the online retailer brack.ch creates additional storage space in the logistics center Willisau. Two unmanned automatic high-bay warehouses were built in 2022 on an area of just under 10,000 square meters. One of the warehouses has space for 27,000 pallets, which are stored and retrieved by seven 34-meter-high control units. The second warehouse offers around 100,000 tray storage spaces the size of half a pallet.

The building was realized with a wide variety of metal profile types on more than 13'000 square meters and gains - also by means of the curvature - a special individual facade character.
