Inspired by the industrial environment

The façade of the "Vogelsang" residential complex in Dettingen (D) creates a link to the neighbouring steel and aluminium industry - with MONTAFORM® Design Individuell.

Completed in 2022, the residential complex in Dettingen an der Ems in southern Germany (greater Stuttgart area) comprises three residential buildings with a total of 22 residential units and an underground car park.

The high-quality aluminium façade impresses with clear architecture and a durable coating. One aim of the project was to transfer this image of materiality from the industrial area to the neighbouring residential development. The deliberate irregularity of the design aluminium profiles is also oriented towards the verticality of timber cladding and thus also creates a reference to the rural area.

900 square metres of MONTAFORM® Design Individuell 42-4/304 and 70 square metres of MONTAFORM® Design Individuell 42-4/304 A were installed in an elegant matt and noble-looking special coating in the colour Stone Grey.
